How does Sizing work? Will the Mask Fit Me?

Yes! Our NuMasks are one size fits all. They are built with a flexible and strong nose bridge as well as adjustable ear loops for a comfortable and effective seal.

Can the NuMask be Washed?

Yes! In order to wash mask, first start by removing our NuFilter insert. The mask should then be hand washed with mild detergent/soap and hot water as necessary depending on use. After wash, leave masks out to air dry. Once dried, re-insert a NEW PM2.5 filter and continue to use. Do NOT machine wash or bleach.

How often do I need to change the Filter?

Our PM2.5 NuFilters are a vital part of our NuMasks. Our product filters out 95% of all particles such as smog, dust, and other harmful particles. Changing out the NuFilter every 3 to 5 days is ideal for maximum filtration and effectiveness. To ensure the mask's effectiveness, only purchase  premium quality filters from NuFacial.

What does the breathing valve do?

Our State of the Art Cool Air Flow Valve provides excellent breathability allowing you to stay cool for all day wear. The breathing valve works by ensuring that outside air moves through our NuFilters capturing outside contaminants. 

How long can the mask be used for?

NuMasks provides a cost effective way to go about your daily life. Our Mask's are non-disposable and can be used for an extensive amount of time. However, filters should be changed out every 5 to 7 days for maximum filtration. The more the filters are used, the more they should be changed out due to the absorption of contaminants.

How Long will shipping Take?

We've worked hard to ensure that our Facilities can handle the surge of demand. We are currently processing all orders within 24 hours.  All Masks are shipped with The United States Postal Service (USPS) from Sacramento, California. Our Standard Shipping is currently taking 2 to 5 days.

Will I receive a tracking number once my order has been shipped?

Yes! Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. You will then receive an additional email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
